• Build strong proficiency in scripting tools and software essential for designing, building, managing, and operating infrastructure solutions and services.
• Automate routine infrastructure management and operational tasks through effective scripting.
• Design, implement, administer, and support a wide range of infrastructure technologies, including compute, storage, networking, physical infrastructure, software, COTS products, and open source solutions. This also includes virtualized and cloud environments such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Identify security risks within solutions and services and determine appropriate controls to mitigate threats.
• Apply modern standards and best practices effectively, while guiding others to follow them.
• Take ownership of issues until they are resolved or transitioned to an appropriate owner.
• Initiate and track actions to investigate patterns and trends to resolve recurring problems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts when specialized knowledge is required.
• Recommend appropriate remedies and support their implementation.
• Identify and implement preventive measures to avoid future issues.
• Gather stakeholder input and develop solutions that support business objectives.
• Design systems with moderate levels of risk, impact, and technical or business complexity.
• Select suitable design standards, methodologies, and tools, ensuring they are applied correctly.
• Review system designs created by others to ensure appropriate technology choices, efficient resource use, and seamless integration across systems.
• Define integration builds and coordinate build activities across multiple systems.
• Understand and support integration testing processes.
• Develop a deep understanding of required technical concepts and communicate how they fit into the broader IT landscape.
• Review requirements and specifications to define appropriate test conditions.
• Identify risks and issues associated with assigned work.
• Analyze and report on testing activities and outcomes.
• Break down complex problems into components to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across diverse technology domains.
职位要求
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a similar technical role.
• Demonstrated success in managing large scale infrastructure projects and leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid database environments.
• Advanced scripting and automation capabilities, with strong SQL and database scripting skills.
• Experience with database backup and recovery, performance tuning, and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of database security, access control, and audit logging.
• Exceptional problem solving abilities and expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Advanced analytical skills for evaluating system performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and strategic planning.
• Advanced technical certifications (e.g., CCNP, Microsoft Certified, AWS Certified, Azure Solutions Expert).
• Strong background in DevOps methodologies and tools.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as edge computing, AI/ML infrastructure, and SDN.
• Strong understanding of industry regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Advanced scripting skills in Python and PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Git, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for database deployment.
