Senior Compliance BP

Partner with business leaders to drive and implement the company’s Ethics & Compliance program across Greater China, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulatory requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial and functional teams on compliance-related matters, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), sponsorships, grants, donations, and third-party engagements. Lead compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address key compliance risks associated with business operations, distributors, healthcare institutions, and external partners. Oversee third-party compliance management, including due diligence, onboarding, monitoring, contractual compliance provisions, and periodic reviews of distributors, agents, and service providers. Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs to strengthen ethical culture and promote employee accountability across the organization. Monitor changes in healthcare, medical device, anti-corruption, and competition laws and regulations, providing practical compliance guidance to business stakeholders. Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, controls, and monitoring activities to enhance the effectiveness of the compliance program. Prepare compliance reports, metrics, and presentations for senior management and regional/global compliance leadership.
