Senior Financial Analys (Costing)

Core Responsibilities: Costing analytics and management - Support controller's team for month end close process of costing for plants. Perform cost reviews, variance analysis and provide strategic advice across multiple operational scenarios. Support pricing manager for product costs analytics; Operation Finance Business partner of Operation team to manage production efficiency, MFG cost spending and deliver operation strategy, key liaison with APAC Operation Finance for monthly analytics and reporting; SG&A expense analytics - Business partner of SG&A team to manage the spending and monthly reporting, actively work with business stakeholders to optimize SG&A savings; Strategic Planning, Budgeting and forecast - Actively participate in the preparation of the budget, forecasts and Strategic planning for Cost and SG&A, work with related functions to come out reasonable Goal and Lex, and submit in system in timely and accuracy manner; Co-work and knowledge transfer with KLSSC - Closely work with and monitor KLSSC team to complete monthly/quarterly analysis in timely and accuracy manner. Optimize the work process and efficiency;

Qualified candidates will have: Mandatory requirements: Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting, Finance or Economics Minimum 8-year working experience with 2 years in-house costing accounting. FP&A, Commercial Finance, Pricing COE experience or SAP costing experience will be a plus; Good record of high performance or promotion. Big 4 working experience will be a plus; Experienced in Manufacturing company; Fluent speaking and written English; Required behaviors and skills: Possess analytical mindset and learning agility; Strong drive and energy to learn and contribute to a dynamic, multinational business environment; Working experience with SAP; Advanced experience of MS Office Suite Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Good communication skill and good team player;
