Support monthly management reporting and performance analysis across multiple business units within the region.
Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and business performance reviews to support management decision-making.
Participate in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning processes.
Consolidate financial data from different locations and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Partner closely with finance and business teams to provide insights on revenue, costs, profitability, and operational performance.
Support monthly closing activities, management reporting, and financial planning processes.
Analyze operating expenses and key financial metrics, identifying risks and opportunities to improve business performance.
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, and special projects as required.

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
3-6 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance.
Experience in multinational companies within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, chemicals, or related sectors is preferred.
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate meaningful business insights.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and financial planning/reporting tools is a plus.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
