Your new role
As Senior Key Account Manager, you will lead strategic customer relationships with both China-based and global OEMs. You will drive revenue growth, oversee complex programs, and ensure tailored solutions that exceed client expectations. This role requires strong leadership in both commercial and technical engagements, with direct impact on regional and global business initiatives.

职位要求
What you’ll need to succeed
10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing complex accounts
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage programs from RFQ to EOL
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
