Senior Manager Executive Search

1. Leadership & Senior Hiring Lead end‑to‑end hiring for senior, critical, and niche leadership roles. Partner with business leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and market positioning. Drive candidate engagement and ensure a high‑quality experience for senior talent. 2. Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence Conduct external market mapping for leadership and future‑critical roles. Identify key talent pools, competitor talent sources, and market movement trends. Provide insights on where key talent comes from, and build a forward‑looking pipeline. 3. Stakeholder Management Work closely with senior‑level stakeholders to understand organizational changes and capability needs. Deliver structured, mature, and persuasive presentations and hiring recommendations. Act as a trusted advisor on leadership hiring and talent strategy. 4. Collaboration with Talent Development Partner with TD team on internal pipeline assessment and identify gaps requiring external search. Ensure alignment between external market insights and internal succession planning. Support leadership development initiatives by providing talent intelligence.
