In charge of market promotion, event execution, and digital marketing initiatives for designated project.
Establish and deliver trade category strategy and frameworks.
Develop and drive key strategic initiatives and programs within Retail and Leasing.
Coordinate and lead colleagues as suitable in all the leasing activities including tenant mix management.
职位要求
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with proven record in marketing in real estate industry.
Knowledge of commercial leasing business development and retail marketing an advantage.
Strong business mindset, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
