Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET / .NET Core
Participate in system architecture design, performance optimization, and scalability planning
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best engineering practices
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver high‑quality features
Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root‑cause analysis
Integrate with databases, APIs, cloud services, and third‑party systems
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation improvements
Stay updated with the latest .NET ecosystem trends and propose technical improvements
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in backend development with C# and .NET/.NET Core
Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture
Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Proficiency with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Experience with Entity Framework / Dapper
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure / AWS / GCP
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
