Senior Planner

Key Responsibilities Demand Planning — Collect and analyze sales forecasts, market trends, and historical data to build accurate demand plans. Production Planning — Develop production schedules based on capacity, material availability, and customer requirements. Inventory Management — Monitor inventory levels, set safety stock, and prevent stockouts or excess inventory. Material Planning — Execute MRP, track material availability, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment. Cross‑Functional Coordination — Work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to align supply with business needs. Data Analysis & Reporting — Prepare KPI reports (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns) and provide insights for decision‑making. Process Improvement — Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency. Risk Management — Monitor supply risks, capacity constraints, and demand fluctuations; propose mitigation plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in supply‑chain planning, demand planning, or production planning. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Solid understanding of supply‑chain processes, forecasting methods, and inventory principles. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
