The Team & Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Program Manager to join our Global Quality Operations organization. You will bring deep Lean expertise, a strong continuous‑improvement mindset, and a passion for simplifying and automating systems and workflows across engineering, product management, quality, customer experience, compliance, manufacturing, sustainability, and other cross‑functional groups.
In this role, you will lead enterprise‑level, high‑impact initiatives, enhance existing operational systems, and design new frameworks that elevate organizational performance and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
Program Leadership
Lead large, complex, cross‑functional process and system development initiatives—including QMS‑related components—from concept through completion.
Align diverse stakeholders and ensure seamless execution across the organization.
Process Optimization & Simplification
Evaluate and streamline processes, tools, and operational infrastructure across all functions.
Drive consistency, simplicity, and customer‑centricity for both internal and external stakeholders.
Data‑Driven Quality Improvement
Analyze critical data across development, manufacturing, and post‑launch phases.
Establish transparency mechanisms that strengthen decision‑making and elevate product quality and portfolio performance.
Continuous Improvement (CIP) Leadership
Advocate for and embed a continuous‑improvement culture throughout the organization.
Develop and maintain the company’s CIP framework, deliver CIP‑related training, and drive engagement through recognition and incentive programs.
Operational Excellence
Build scorecards, metrics, and communication strategies that support operational excellence.
Promote quality and Lean principles as foundational drivers of superior business performance.
Key Qualifications
Required
10+ years of proven project/program management and leadership experience in high‑tech, consumer electronics, or related industries.
Strong influencing capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to translate insights into measurable business value.
Change‑oriented mindset with the ability to challenge existing norms and lead transformation.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to diagnose issues, gather data, validate findings, and implement corrective actions.
Ability to distill complex systems and processes into clear, actionable improvements.
Comprehensive quality experience across development, manufacturing, supplier management, and post‑launch phases, with familiarity in key quality KPIs.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar training with solid statistical understanding.
Hands‑on leadership style with a willingness to engage deeply in operational details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, participative, and start‑up‑like environment.
Strong command of English.
Preferred
Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (hardware, software, computer science, or manufacturing).
