Senior Supply Planner

Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels. Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commercial teams. Lead supply planning activities within the S&OP / IBP process. Monitor inventory performance, capacity constraints, and supply risks, proactively driving mitigation actions. Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to support business growth and customer service targets. Analyze supply chain performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Drive improvements in planning processes, systems, and supply chain efficiency. Support new product introductions, phase-outs, and strategic supply initiatives.
