Responsibilities
-Design, develop, and optimize SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) algorithms for real‑time applications in robotics, AR/VR, autonomous systems, or smart devices.
-Build robust localization, mapping, and tracking modules using visual, inertial, LiDAR, or multi‑sensor fusion data.
-Implement and improve algorithms in areas such as feature extraction, pose estimation, loop closure, optimization, and dense/semantic mapping.
-Develop and maintain high‑performance SLAM pipelines that meet real‑time constraints on embedded or edge computing platforms.
-Conduct experiments, benchmarking, and performance evaluations across diverse environments and datasets.
-Collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams to integrate SLAM solutions into production systems.
-Research and track the latest advancements in SLAM, VIO, sensor fusion, and 3D perception to guide long‑term technical planning.
-Troubleshoot system‑level issues and optimize algorithms for accuracy, robustness, and computational efficiency.
职位要求
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Robotics, Computer Vision, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
-Strong foundation in computer vision, robotics, and 3D geometry.
-Proficiency in C++ and/or Python, with experience in algorithm implementation and performance optimization.
-Familiarity with SLAM frameworks and libraries such as ORB‑SLAM, VINS‑Mono, OKVIS, Cartographer, or similar.
-Experience with multi‑sensor fusion (camera, IMU, LiDAR) and related algorithms (EKF, UKF, graph optimization).
-Solid understanding of linear algebra, optimization, and probabilistic estimation.
-Experience with ROS, OpenCV, Eigen, PCL, or similar tools.
-Ability to analyze complex problems, design experiments, and deliver high‑quality engineering solutions.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with AR/VR tracking, autonomous driving perception, or robotics navigation systems.
-Background in deep learning–based visual odometry or 3D reconstruction.
-Experience deploying SLAM algorithms on embedded platforms (e.g., ARM, NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm).
-Familiarity with GPU programming (CUDA) or hardware acceleration.
