Job Description: Sourcing Manager – CAPEX Position Title Sourcing Manager – CAPEX (Capital Expenditure Procurement) Location (Insert location: e.g., Shanghai / Shenzhen / Suzhou / Global Manufacturing Site)   Position Summary The Sourcing Manager – CAPEX is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end procurement of capital equipment, production lines, facility projects, and engineering services. This role leads strategic sourcing, supplier selection, cost analysis, contract negotiation, and project execution to ensure CAPEX investments are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.   Key Responsibilities 1. CAPEX Procurement Management Lead the full procurement lifecycle for CAPEX projects, including requirement alignment, RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, and contract award Manage procurement of equipment, tooling, automation systems, facility upgrades, and engineering services Ensure project delivery meets cost, quality, and timeline targets 2. Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Develop and maintain a competitive supplier base for CAPEX categories Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and performance reviews Drive supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives 3. Cost Analysis & Negotiation Build cost models and conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, and value Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement sourcing strategies 4. Contract & Risk Management Negotiate contract terms including delivery, warranty, payment, and risk allocation Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and audit standards Mitigate risks related to supply, technology, quality, and project execution 5.
