We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Sourcing Specialist to support our procurement operations in China, with a strong focus on the power tools category. This role requires deep industry knowledge, an established supplier network, and the ability to quickly identify and onboard qualified manufacturers for long-term partnerships.   Key Responsibilities Lead sourcing efforts within the power tools category, including but not limited to: Circular saws Digital tape measures Stud finders Impact Driver Leverage existing supplier networks to identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified manufacturers in a short timeframe Conduct supplier due diligence, including capability assessment, compliance checks, and factory audits Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency and favorable commercial terms Stay up to date with market trends, cost structures, and pricing benchmarks within the category Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth sourcing and supply chain operations Perform regular on-site factory visits to monitor production capability, quality standards, and supplier performance
