Job Summary   We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Procurement Specialist – Electronics to manage the sourcing and procurement of electronic components and related commodities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supplier management, strategic sourcing, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and ensuring material availability to support business growth and manufacturing operations.   Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electronic components, including semiconductors, passive components, PCBAs, connectors, sensors, displays, and related categories. Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, delivery performance, and supply continuity. Lead RFQ, supplier selection, price negotiations, and commercial contract discussions. Drive cost reduction initiatives through supplier consolidation, value engineering, localization, and market benchmarking. Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and supply-demand dynamics within the electronics industry. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to support NPI and mass production requirements. Manage supplier performance through regular business reviews and KPI tracking. Mitigate supply risks and develop contingency plans for critical components. Support inventory optimization and material availability while balancing cost and service levels. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 5+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, with a strong focus on electronic components. Solid knowledge of the electronics supply base, including semiconductors, passive components, PCBs, and EMS suppliers. Proven experience in supplier management, negotiation, and cost reduction projects. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent in English and Chinese. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industries. Knowledge of global electronics market trends and supply chain risk management. Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) programs. APICS, CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent procurement certifications are a plus.
