Monitor the quality status and trend and drive quality improvement initiatives of defined manufacturing process and product in supplier side Be responsible for quality management related activities in defined manufacturing process Lead customer complaint handling and drive external supplier quality continuously improvement to satisfy the customer by effective service providing and as clear contact window of customer complaint Support to build up the team competence in meeting the needs of manufacturing quality management Coaching, supporting and developing the incoming/patrol inspector and train the production team in quality awareness and quality systems. Conduct workplace audits Conduct pre-audits on potential suppliers to determine compliance with Process Management System policies and guidelines. Work closely with sourcing to develop potential supplier to Hilti expected quality level Study manufacturing process and quality control plan of supplier for key components, conduct process assurance audit to support on mass production release Leading components problem solving. Work together with supplier to dig out root cause and monitor supplier to make corrective improvement actions
