•     Implement and maintain the company’s global supplier quality program across Greater China •     Support supplier development, qualification, and quality assessments aligned with sourcing strategy •     Manage end-to-end equipment supplier quality, including on-site and remote audits •     Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive effective corrective actions (SCAR) for quality issues •     Develop and execute supplier capability improvement plans to ensure compliance with quality standards •     Conduct quality data analysis to monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement •     Collaborate with global quality teams to adopt new systems, share best practices, and support global initiatives
