Key Qualifications & Background • Educational background: Master degree required; PhD highly preferred • Top-tier university alumni is a strong plus, especially candidates from Fudan University (Optoelectronics Lab) or Shanghai Jiao Tong University • Industry background: experience in communication, optics, glass, or related advanced material industries • Dual strengths preferred: solid technical background + new business development experience (either one core competency is acceptable) • Young talents from top industry consulting firms Yole Développement / IDTechEx are highly preferred Core Competencies • Capable of analyzing industry trends, exploring new clients and emerging business opportunities • Experienced in pricing strategy formulation and market price control • Strong team leadership and management skills • Excellent capability to align strategies, technical solutions and project execution with internal factories & cross-functional teams
