• Plan, manage, and deliver complex customer upstream projects on time, on quality, and on budget. • Drive internal discussions and facilitate decision-making across multiple functions and sites. • Coordinate project meetings, both internally and with customers, and deliver critical communications to key stakeholders. • Manage resources, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. • Oversee change control processes and ensure effective data management and cross-functional data exchange.

职位要求

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project or program management within the biopharmaceutical industry. • Extensive customer-facing experience in biopharmaceutical upstream process, with a strong track record of managing complex projects. • Advanced knowledge of project management and program management methodologies. • Extensive knowledge of biopharmaceutical upstream processing. • Thorough understanding of Office 365 and project management platforms
