职位描述
Serve as a trusted finance advisor to business leaders by proactively promoting strong financial discipline and providing data-driven recommendations and executive solutions to support revenue growth, profitability improvement and OPEX management in China’s dynamic medical device industry. Partner closely with China Commercial leaders to develop both long-term and short-term financial projections, full cycle pricing framework, channel inventory and VBP monitoring, and support business strategies and key decisions.
职位要求
-Certified Public Accountant (or equivalent) and more than five (5) years of FP&A or Business Partner experience preferred. Solid knowledge of accounting and reporting, internal control, and expertise of financial reporting, planning & analysis preferred
-Skilled in analyzing and interpreting financial data, including excel modeling and experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Hyperion and experience with SAP
Good management skills with the ability to assign and monitor cross functional projects; patient and careful, good at cooperation
