Regulatory Compliance — Ensure full compliance with PRC laws and regulations, including environmental, labor, safety, product quality, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements. Monitor regulatory changes and advise plant leadership proactively.Commercial Contracts — Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (procurement, supply, logistics, equipment, maintenance, engineering services, etc.) to support plant operations.Dispute Management — Handle disputes, claims, and investigations involving suppliers, contractors, employees, or government authorities. Manage external counsel when necessary.Risk Management — Identify legal risks in plant operations and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct legal training for plant teams.Government Interaction — Support interactions with local regulators, including environmental bureaus, labor authorities, and market supervision bureaus.Compliance Programs — Implement and monitor corporate compliance programs (anti‑corruption, competition law, trade compliance, ESG‑related obligations).M&A / Expansion Support — Provide legal support for plant expansions, land use matters, construction projects, and due diligence for potential acquisitions.Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Partner closely with operations, EHS, HR, procurement, finance, and global legal teams to support business objectives.
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree or overseas education preferred.
PRC Bar qualification required.
Minimum 8–12 years of legal experience, ideally with a mix of top‑tier law firm and in‑house manufacturing/industrial experience.
Strong knowledge of PRC labor law, environmental law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks relevant to manufacturing.
Experience supporting multiple plant sites or regional operations.
Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and communicate clearly with non‑legal stakeholders.
Fluent in Mandarin; strong English proficiency required.
