ead complex, sensitive, and cross-border compliance investigations from allegation assessment through evidence review, interviews, reporting, and remediation. Conduct root cause analysis, identify trends and systemic risks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Drive investigation process improvements, oversee investigations conducted by others, monitor remediation implementation, and contribute to strengthening the overall compliance program through effective stakeholder engagement, reporting, training, and best-practice sharing.
职位要求
10+ years of experience in compliance, investigations, legal, or forensic audit functions, preferably within multinational organizations. Proven ability to independently lead high-risk investigations involving senior personnel, cross-border matters, and significant legal or reputational risks. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, analytical, project management, and communication skills. Bilingual in English and Chinese. Healthcare compliance experience, executive presence, sound judgment, and knowledge of China employment law and workplace investigations are highly preferred.
