The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for our product portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Drive product launches, optimize go-to-market strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Strategic Market Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
• Define and articulate product positioning and value propositions based on market findings.
Product Launch Leadership:
• Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
• Develop launch strategies that maximize market impact and drive customer adoption.
Marketing Strategy Development:
• Create and implement integrated marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.
• Utilize a mix of marketing channels (digital, content, social media, events) to reach target audiences effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and product alignment.
• Act as the primary liaison between marketing and other departments, facilitating communication and project alignment.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
职位要求
Required skills and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of successful product launches and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge & Skillsets Required:
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and market research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
