Supplier Relationship & Sourcing Manager

Evaluate supplier performance on quality, delivery, service, cost and compliance. Conduct regular supplier reviews and implement supplier improvement plans when necessary. Resolve supplier-related operational issues and coordinate corrective actions. Maintain supplier database and vendor qualification records. Sourcing & Procurement Identify and evaluate new suppliers to support business growth and sourcing diversification. Lead RFQ/RFP processes and supplier selection activities. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts and service agreements. Monitor market trends, supply availability and pricing movements. Support annual procurement strategy and sourcing plans. Supply Chain Coordination Coordinate with planning, logistics, quality and operations teams to ensure smooth supply execution. Track purchase orders and delivery schedules. Monitor inventory risks and supply disruptions. Ensure timely communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders. Quality & Compliance Ensure suppliers comply with company quality standards and regulatory requirements. Support supplier audits and quality assessments. Monitor and address quality-related issues. Participate in risk assessment and contingency planning. Market Intelligence Collect and analyze supplier, industry and market information. Monitor industry developments, production trends and competitive landscape. Provide recommendations to optimize sourcing decisions and supplier portfolio. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Agriculture, Business Administration, Logistics or related disciplines. Experience 3-8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, supplier management or related functions. Experience in fresh produce, agriculture, food, horticulture or FMCG industries is preferred. Experience managing external suppliers and commercial negotiations. Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes.
