Supply Chain Analyst

Data Analysis — Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Demand & Supply Forecasting — Support forecasting models, monitor forecast accuracy, and collaborate with planning teams to improve demand visibility. Inventory Optimization — Analyze inventory levels, safety stock, and replenishment parameters to reduce excess and avoid shortages. Supplier Performance Analysis — Track supplier KPIs (OTD, quality, lead time) and support supplier improvement initiatives. Process Improvement — Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, or automation tools. Logistics & Lead Time Analysis — Evaluate transportation performance, lead times, and logistics costs to support optimization. Reporting & Dashboards — Build and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to support decision‑making. Cross‑functional Collaboration — Work with procurement, operations, finance, and planning teams to support supply chain initiatives. Risk Monitoring — Identify supply chain risks and support mitigation strategies. Master Data Management — Maintain accurate material, supplier, and logistics master data in ERP systems.
