scp Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Strategy & Planning Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives. Forecast demand and plan resources to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Procurement & Supplier Management Manage supplier selection, qualification, and performance evaluation. Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with quality, sustainability, and regulatory standards. Logistics & Distribution Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Optimize transportation routes and costs while ensuring on-time delivery. Inventory & Production Coordination Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems. Collaborate with production and sales teams to balance supply and demand. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies. Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. Implement digital tools and ERP systems to enhance visibility and efficiency. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and develop supply chain teams across procurement, logistics, and planning. Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations to achieve business goals.   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering. 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.). Proven track record in supplier management, logistics optimization, and inventory control. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred (for global operations).   Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing, electronics, renewable energy, or FMCG industries. Familiarity with international trade regulations and global logistics. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
