Job Title: Recruitment Lead– Overseas Markets (Medical Devices)
Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition
Industry: Medical Devices / Healthcare Technology
Focus: Senior Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Roles
Position Overview:
The Recruitment Lead for Overseas Markets is responsible for executing end‑to‑end recruitment activities for senior commercial positions across international regions. This role plays a critical part in supporting the company’s global expansion by identifying, engaging, and securing top talent in sales, marketing, business development, and market‑access functions within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capability, market insight, and the ability to partner effectively with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
End‑to‑End Recruitment:
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for senior‑level commercial roles in overseas markets, including job briefing, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and market expectations.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract high‑caliber candidates from the medical device, pharmaceutical, and healthcare technology sectors.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for key commercial roles such as Sales Directors, Country Managers, Marketing Leaders, and Key Account Managers.
Utilize multiple channels including LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and talent mapping.
Market Research & Insights:
Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis for priority regions.
Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends in global healthcare markets.
Support workforce planning with data‑driven recommendations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with HRBPs, regional leaders, and global TA teams to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities.
Communicate progress, challenges, and market insights to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when needed.
Process Excellence & Compliance:
Ensure recruitment processes comply with global and local regulations, especially in regulated healthcare markets.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics in the applicant tracking system.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
6 years and above of recruitment experience, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology industry.
Experience hiring commercial or senior‑level roles in international markets.
Strong sourcing skills with proven success in identifying passive candidates.
Familiarity with global healthcare systems and commercial models is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to work across time zones and multicultural environments.
