Job Title: Head of Talent Management
Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Position Overview:
The Head of Talent Management is responsible for designing and executing the company’s global talent strategy to ensure a strong leadership pipeline, high‑performing workforce, and a culture that supports innovation and sustainable growth. This role oversees talent development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational capability building across all regions and business units.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in talent strategy within a fast‑paced, matrixed, and consumer‑driven environment, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise‑wide transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent management strategy aligned with business priorities and long‑term growth.
Partner with executive leadership to identify critical roles, future capability needs, and succession risks.
Lead enterprise‑wide workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to support business expansion.
Leadership Development
Design and oversee leadership development programs for emerging leaders, mid‑level managers, and senior executives.
Build a robust leadership pipeline through targeted development, coaching, and assessment tools.
Introduce modern learning methodologies, including digital learning, experiential programs, and cross‑functional rotations.
Performance Management
Lead the evolution of the company’s performance management framework to drive accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
Ensure consistent performance standards and calibration processes across global teams.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to embed a high‑performance culture.
Succession Planning
Manage global succession planning processes for critical roles and senior leadership positions.
Provide insights and recommendations to the CHRO and CEO on talent readiness and organizational bench strength.
Ensure succession plans are supported by targeted development actions and measurable progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
10–15+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience, ideally in a multinational consumer goods or manufacturing environment.
Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise‑level talent strategies.
Strong expertise in leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.
Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with diverse cultural contexts.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
