Job Description: Technical Sales Manager - 搪瓷涂层 静电粉末
Job Overview
This is a dedicated role for a core project in the new energy photovoltaic sector, responsible for the sales expansion and full-process technical support of porcelain enamel electrostatic powder products, serving leading manufacturers in the new energy industry. The role involves building local laboratory capabilities to drive product implementation and market share growth, and collaborating with global teams to deliver technical and strategic initiatives on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop the industrial coating market in China and surrounding regions, formulate sales strategies, focus on new energy photovoltaic manufacturing clients, and increase product market share.
2. Maintain key client relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues, optimize project delivery, and ensure client cooperation satisfaction.
3. Provide product technical guidance and training for clients and internal teams, and keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory updates.
4. Drive global technology transfer and knowledge integration, cooperate with R&D and production departments to achieve technical sharing and process optimization, and adapt to the needs of new energy clients.
5. Analyze the root causes of product quality issues reported by clients, formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures, and reduce the recurrence rate of problems.
6. Align sales and technical strategies with international teams, adjust layouts based on the dynamics of the local new energy market, and participate in cross-regional competitor benchmarking.
7. Establish and cultivate R&D and testing capabilities of the local porcelain enamel electrostatic powder laboratory, complete the transfer of international technologies/equipment, and train the local technical team.
8. Oversee the full sales cycle management, follow up on new energy sector projects, monitor core KPIs, and submit business reports with solutions to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales/business development of industrial coating/porcelain enamel products, experience in the new energy industry is preferred.
3. Proficiency in electrostatic powder coating technology and its applications; excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin; available for domestic business trips and able to collaborate with global teams; experience in laboratory management/R&D coordination is a plus.
4. Results-driven and client-focused; able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment with a proactive problem-solving mindset; with sensitivity to the market trends of the new energy industry.
