Provide technical service to both internal and external customers for the polymer applications of Omya manufacturing and distributions products. Provide Technical support for the Polymer packaging (EsSpecially PET), Rubber, Biopolymers, PVC, Gloves, Elastomer and Engineering plastics who might benefit from Omya products and services through managing and interpreting their needs from technical value propositions and cre-ate the cost model. Plan, prioritize, and implement technical development activities aligned with the business plan in the polymer’s applications. Support sales to develop project pipeline Assume prime management and responsibility on technical development activities at target-ed Polymer packaging (in particular Specially PET) , Rubber, PVC, Gloves, Biopolymers, Elastomer and Engineering plastics, brand owners and other potential accounts in the value chain. Provide technical support linked to compounding activities to customers and prospects, in coordi-nation with the Global Technical Services team Experience on compounding technology will be add advantage or preferable one Develop customer relationships with key production/technical/R&D/quality/marketing person-nel / Omya Distribution principal ) in the entire value chains. Actively support Omya Sales and Marketing team in influencing key decision makers from  polymers technical perspective. Developed value cost model and value analysis model and work closely with commercialization manager Manage and deliver technical projects / trials at customers laboratories, plants or other 3rd party facilities, including machine suppliers. Create local case study of Global innovative products. Investigating on a technical basis, customer complaints related to Omya Products in polymer segment. Assist appropriate Sales Team members with development and revisions of sales forecast on a quarterly basis with technical updates. Coordinate and align internal polymers technical development activities with global initiatives by working closely with Global Technical Team Participate in Exhibitions/conference to mark presence of Omya & Product portfolio. Working closely with RM suppliers & Equipment manufacturer for collaborating

Experience  7~10 + years of industrial experience for Manager in relevant Poly-mer/Plastics field. Education Engineering polymer and, Rubber and Elastomer experi-ence is prefer preferred.. Knowledge and skills (general, technical and soft skills)  •            Ability to communicate at all levels with customer and company per-s\nnel. •            Strong technical skills. •            Excellent command of both oral and written English is required •            Ability to organize, lead and implement projects in the assigned market segment. Commercial experience (sales, marketing or business development) is an added advantage. Other requirements (certifications, specialized training, languages and % of travel requirements)              •            Good command of an additional local language, both oral and written, is an added advantage. •            Willingness and ability to travel domestically and overseas as and when necessary. ~ 50%
