Lead end-to-end technology and product development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and resource allocations.
Drive cross-functional collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders across different sites and regions to achieve project deliverables.
Facilitate project review meetings, steering committee updates and executive communications.
Support the transition from technology development to NPI and production implementation.
Maintain project documentation, status reports and management dashboards.
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding project status and key milestones.
Travel occasionally to customer and manufacturing sites as required.

Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Science, Business Management or related disciplines.
PMP certification is highly preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience within electronics manufacturing, PCB, semiconductor, EMS or related industries.
At least 3 years of program or project management experience leading cross-functional and multi-site development projects.
Proven track record of managing technology development programs through NPI and successful product launch.
Experience working within global or multicultural environments.
Familiarity with product development lifecycle, engineering change management and stage-gate processes.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Business-oriented with strong execution capability.
Fluent English and Chinese communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, Visio or other project management tools is an advantage.
