Lead end-to-end technical program execution across hardware and software development Act as the primary interface between internal teams and external vendors/partners (China/Taiwan) Drive program planning, including scope definition, milestones, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware, software, QA, data, and design Manage vendor deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with technical requirements Identify and manage risks across hardware and software domains; drive mitigation plans Own program schedules, dependencies, and critical path to ensure on-time delivery Facilitate sprint planning, technical discussions, and regular program reviews Support product release planning and coordinate launch readiness across teams Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders on program status, risks, and decisions

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in device-based project/program management (hardware + software), or 3+ years of experience in XR (AR/VR) device program management Hands-on experience in launching hardware + software integrated products Experience working with external vendors/partners in hardware and/or embedded systems development Strong understanding of product development lifecycle across hardware and software Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and timelines Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical trade-offs Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Fluent in Mandarin; working proficiency in English
