Training Manager

Position Summary The Training & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that enhance employee capabilities, support business growth, and strengthen organizational culture. This role partners closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality leadership, functional, and commercial training across the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Learning Strategy & Program Design Develop and execute annual learning strategies aligned with business goals and talent development needs. Design leadership development programs for different levels (emerging leaders, mid-level managers, senior leaders). Build competency-based learning frameworks and ensure alignment with corporate leadership models. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) through interviews, surveys, performance data, and business insights. 2. Training Program Delivery & Facilitation Facilitate leadership, soft skills, and general capability courses for employees at all levels. Manage end-to-end training operations, including scheduling, communication, logistics, and participant engagement. Ensure high-quality delivery through blended learning methods (virtual, in-person, micro-learning, simulations, action learning, etc.). 3. Performance & Talent Development Support Partner with HRBPs to support talent assessment, succession planning, and performance management processes. Provide learning solutions to address capability gaps identified through performance reviews and talent discussions. Support the implementation of 360-degree assessments, leadership evaluations, and development planning. 4. Digital Learning & Innovation Manage and optimize digital learning platforms (LMS, learning hubs, micro-learning tools). Develop digital learning content and promote platform adoption across the organization. Explore innovative learning technologies such as AI learning tools, simulations, and experiential learning.
