Training manager

We are looking for a Sales Transformation & Training Manager to join our international team. In this challenging role, you'll be instrumental in developing the best sales organization in your specific country. After a two-month induction at our HQ, Technogym Village in Cesena, you will work closely with the Top Management Team to deploy and implement the Technogym Sales Process, perform data analysis, and deliver training sessions. Your goal is to build a top-tier sales organization in our industry. What you should bring:  Proven track record of over 10 years in sales, consistently meeting targets across software/digital solutions and physical products  Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic solutions.  In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.  Background in luxury goods and digital business environments (preferred).  Strong change management skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and collaborate effectively with sales teams from diverse backgrounds.  Fluency in English and the local language.  Data mindset and analytical approach.  Passion for wellness & fitness.  Transparency, open mind.
