An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate (Equity Capital Markets) to join the firm's, based in Shanghai / Beijing.
You will be involved in high‑profile, cross‑border Hong Kong IPOs, US IPOS, listings and public company transactions, working closely with partners and international teams. The role offers exposure to cutting‑edge regulatory developments and direct engagement with major domestic and international clients.
Advising on Hong Kong / US and cross‑border IPOs and equity capital markets transactions
Supporting listings, public company M&A and related regulatory matters
Working collaboratively with multi‑jurisdictional teams on complex transactions
Delivering high‑quality legal and administrative support across all stages of transactions
