Deal Lawyer

Your new company： You will be joining a global resources group with a strong international footprint and a dynamic growth strategy. Your new role： You will report directly to the General Counsel and act as a key legal advisor on overseas M&A projects. Working closely with the business development team abroad, you will provide guidance on complex transactions in mining, energy, and basic resources. The role is based in Shanghai and requires frequent international travel to support deal execution and integration.
