Key Responsibilities Production Planning Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and capacity. Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Material & Inventory Management Monitor material requirements and inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock. Work closely with suppliers to ensure on-time material availability. Demand & Capacity Analysis Analyze demand trends and align production capacity accordingly. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration Communicate planning updates to sales, operations, and supply chain teams. Support project teams with resource allocation and scheduling. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare planning reports and KPIs for management review. Drive process improvements in planning and scheduling systems.   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or related roles. Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
