Our client is a leading global consumer brand with a strong presence across China. With diversified business lines and an ambitious growth plan, the company is now seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support to its commercial operations.
Your new role
You will act as a key business partner to senior management, providing full-spectrum legal support to sales, marketing, procurement, logistics, and strategic projects. The role also involves contract review and negotiation, compliance management, and dispute resolution oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal support to the China Business Unit (CBU), including sales, distribution, asset transactions, marketing, procurement, logistics, and M&A.
Advise on major disputes, litigation, investigations, and crisis management.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts; offer practical and business-oriented legal solutions.
Lead initiatives to streamline internal policies, compliance processes, and risk control frameworks.
Support key business projects and act as a trusted advisor to commercial and functional teams.
Coach and supervise a small legal team.
