We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic Employee Relations (ER) Lead with a strong legal background to oversee employee relations across Prada’s China operations. This role will be instrumental in strengthening labor compliance, managing sensitive employee matters, and acting as a strategic partner to both HR and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as subject-matter expert on China labor laws, employment policies, and dispute resolution.
Provide strategic guidance on complex ER issues including investigations, terminations, workplace conflicts, and organizational changes.
Work closely with the HR Director and Legal team to assess ER risks and proactively mitigate them.
Review and update internal ER policies and processes to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
Manage external legal counsel when required in support of litigation, arbitration, or government investigations.
Lead or support internal ER-related trainings to business and HR stakeholders.
Monitor labor trends and regulatory updates, advising leadership on implications and required changes.
Support cross-functional projects related to compliance, audit, and ethics.
