EC Senior Manager_JD Channel
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual and monthly business plans and financial forecasts for the flagship store, ensuring accountability for key results such as sales growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- Market Insights: Closely monitor industry trends, sports category dynamics, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and digital trends to inform strategic planning.
- Platform Marketing: Define the product assortment strategy for the flagship store based on a deep understanding of consumer behavior and business performance.
- TP Management: Establish an efficient and effective collaboration model with TP teams, overseeing daily operations, particularly during major promotional campaigns, to continuously optimize user experience (e.g., UI/UX), traffic, conversion, and retention.
- Logistics & Inventory: Conduct demand forecasting and support the supply team to enhance product availability and ensure service levels.
- Partnerships: Strengthen the strategic partnership between brand and JD.com by developing joint business plans to build capabilities and introduce new sales initiatives.
- Internal Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders across data, marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Team Management: Support and co-develop a complete team structure for JD.com channels, helping enhance core team competencies.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of e-commerce operations experience, with at least 3 years managing a brand flagship store.
- Minimum of 3 years in team management.
- 2+ years of experience in a brand company with multi-department coordination (mandatory).
- 5+ years of experience in JD.com or Tmall platform operations preferred.
