Key Responsibilities Production & Material Planning Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders. Ensure material requirements are aligned with production needs and inventory policies. Monitor and adjust plans to respond to changes in demand or capacity. Team Leadership Supervise and guide the planning team in daily operations. Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of plans. Communicate planning updates and resolve conflicts between supply and demand. Process Optimization Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency. Implement best practices in planning and scheduling systems. Support ERP/MRP system optimization and data accuracy. Reporting & Analysis Prepare planning reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards for management. Conduct demand and capacity analysis to support strategic decision-making.   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
