Job Description
Role Overview
Drive revenue growth by establishing strategic partnerships with café chains, and F&B groups. Focus on promoting our premium coffee equipment, specialty tea blends, and customized beverage programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop annual sales pipeline targeting regional chain accounts
• Execute full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
• Conduct product demonstrations of commercial-grade espresso machines/tea brewers
• Design customized beverage programs incorporating seasonal menu concepts
• Analyze market trends to identify white space opportunities in specialty tea/NT beverages
• Collaborate with R&D team to co-create solutions addressing client pain points
• Maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce)
Job Requirements
Requirements
• 5+ years B2B sales experience in F&B equipment/coffee industry
• Proven track record closing six-figure enterprise deals
• Deep understanding of coffee extraction science & tea sourcing practices
• Familiarity with HORECA operational workflows
• Ability to interpret POS data/COGS analysis
• Fluent English, working with global teams
