Mission: This position should ensure product being produced with a high quality and good efficiency, be great supporter to Production BU Leader, to reach BU Quality, Efficiency and Cost target. 该职位应确保产品的高质量和高效率生产，是生产事业部领导的重要支持者，以达到事业部的质量、效率和成本目标。 Responsibility: - Responsible for quality management on the production line, ensuring the achievement of production tasks and production plans 负责生产线上质量管理，确保生产任务及生产计划达成。 -Continuous efficiency improvement through production process, machine/ tools/ jigs optimization and innovation. 通过生产工艺、机床/夹具优化和创新不断提高效率。 -Ensure stable product quality through CTQ implementation, and inspection. 通过CTQ的实施和检验，确保产品质量稳定。 -Ensure efficiency improvement and quality stability through process improvement and optimization. 通过与生产相关流程的改进和优化，确保效率提升和质量稳定。 -Quality control and improvement of materials and semi-finished products in production. 生产过程中物料和半成品的质量控制和改进。 -To guide and supervise the work of IQC, FQC and PQC. 指导和监督IQC、FQC及PQC的工作。 -Participate in QC training and improve QC inspection ability. 参与QC培训，提高QC检验能力。 -Handle customer complaints and complete corrective actions until the end. 处理客户投诉，完成纠正措施直至结束。 Experience/Education Required: -大专以上学历 -具备良好的英语听说读写能力，可熟练使用英语作为工作语言进行日常沟通 -有2年以上家具产品质量工作经验，曾从事高端产品工作。 -熟悉沙发结构、面料/皮料/木架/扪皮品质标准。 -会写8D报告，熟练使用Excel -正确的品质管理意识-有能力在需要时进行正确的对话-确保正确的品质水平。 -具有良好的团队合作精神，有欧洲文化/工作风格经验者优先。
