To support its multi‑site growth strategy, we are seeking an accomplished VP of Manufacturing & Operations to lead end‑to‑end production across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational leadership across global manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment of production standards, operational excellence and business objectives.
Oversee full‑scale manufacturing operations including machining, welding, surface treatment, assembly and testing, ensuring world‑class quality and delivery performance.
Drive lean transformation across all plants, embedding continuous improvement, waste reduction and productivity enhancement.
Lead cross‑regional teams, fostering strong cultural integration and building a high‑performance operations organisation.
Optimise global capacity planning, equipment investment and manufacturing footprint to support business growth.
Ensure operational compliance with global EHS, quality and regulatory requirements.
Partner closely with R&D and commercial teams to support new product introduction and technology upgrades.
