Cost Optimization — Conduct cost analysis, negotiate freight rates, optimize packaging, and reduce total landed cost.
Cross‑functional Collaboration — Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to align logistics solutions with technical and commercial requirements.
Logistics Compliance — Ensure adherence to HSSE standards, dangerous goods regulations, export control, and heavy‑cargo handling rules.
Data & Reporting — Maintain logistics KPIs, lead‑time dashboards, cost reports, and supplier performance metrics.
