Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the global supply chain strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
Build a scalable and resilient supply chain network supporting global operations.
Drive supply chain transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, agility, and customer service.
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, influencing business strategy and operational decision-making.
Global Planning & S&OP
Lead global demand planning, supply planning and S&OP processes.
Establish integrated business planning (IBP) capabilities across functions.
Improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
Balance customer service levels, inventory investment, and manufacturing capacity.
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
Lead global sourcing strategy for direct and indirect materials.
Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships worldwide.
Drive supplier consolidation, localization, dual-source strategy, and risk mitigation.
Deliver productivity, cost reduction, and working capital improvement targets.
Supplier & Risk Management
Build a proactive supplier risk management framework.
Ensure supply continuity for critical components and technologies.
Lead supplier performance management and business reviews.
Partner closely with Supplier Quality and R&D teams on supplier development initiatives.
Manufacturing & Operations Support
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and commercial teams to support business growth.
Ensure smooth product launches, transfers, and localization programs.
Support capacity planning and network optimization initiatives.
Logistics & Distribution
Optimize global logistics and distribution networks.
Improve transportation efficiency and warehouse operations.
Develop strategies to enhance customer fulfillment performance while reducing logistics costs.
Digital Supply Chain & Transformation
Lead implementation of supply chain digitalization initiatives.
Improve end-to-end visibility through technology and analytics.
Drive ERP, APS, planning systems, and supply chain control tower capabilities.
Develop data-driven performance management systems.
Organization & Talent Development
Build and lead a high-performing global supply chain organization.
Develop leadership capabilities and succession plans.
Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience
15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
Minimum 8 years leading multi-functional global supply chain organizations.
Experience within Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Electronics, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
Proven track record managing global supply networks across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Significant experience supporting rapid growth and business transformation.
