Job Description
A highly experienced and strategic head of finance is in need for the US based factory in Kentucky. The function of this position is mainly responsible for the overall financial management and good reporting relationship with the group headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial planning and analysis: Responsible for formulating the company's financial plan and budget, conducting regular analysis and evaluation of the company's financial status, identifying problems in a timely manner and proposing solutions.
2. Financial reporting and monitoring: Responsible for preparing financial statements, monitoring the company's capital flow and assets and liabilities, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
3. Fund management: Responsible for the company's fund management, including fund allocation, fund forecasting and cash flow management, to ensure the safety and effective use of the company's funds.
4. Cost management: Responsible for formulating cost management strategies, monitoring production costs and expenses, seeking ways to reduce costs, and improving corporate profitability.
5. Tax management: Responsible for the company's tax planning and tax declaration, ensuring that the company pays taxes in accordance with the law and optimizing the tax structure.
6. Internal control and audit: Establish a sound internal control system, supervise the compliance and standardization of the company's various businesses, and assist in internal and external audit work.
7. Risk management: Identify and evaluate the company's financial risks, formulate corresponding risk management strategies, and reduce the impact of financial risks on the company.
8. Leadership team: Establish and manage the financial team and guide team members to complete daily work.
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in financial management, accounting or related majors, familiar with domestic and international accounting standards.
2. More than 10 years of financial management experience, those with financial management experience in manufacturing enterprises will be given priority. Familiar with PRCGAAP and USGAAP.
3. Proficient in using financial software and office software, such as SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Excel, etc.;
4. Have solid financial theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and be familiar with financial management processes and relevant laws and regulations;
5. Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be able to think independently and handle complex financial issues;
6. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively coordinate various departments to complete tasks;
7. Have good professional ethics and sense of responsibility, be able to withstand work pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
