We are looking for a senior data engineer to work on our core data platform development. The role will build the state-of-the-art data systems, propelling the fast iteration of ML powered product development.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in programming, included but not limited to, the following programming languages: C, C++, Java or Golang.
Experience with data warehouse technologies and dimensional modeling for analytical workloads.
Extensive experienced in at least one area of the following areas: search engine, personalized recommendations, big data, and distributed storage. Machine learning knowledge is a plus.
Extensive experience in developing and operating large online data systems. Good knowledge of system performance, in particularly data systems and distributed systems.
Experience with the Big Data technologies (Hadoop, M/R, Hive, Flink , Spark, Presto, Kafka, StarRocks, ClickHouse, Druid, Paimon, Hudi .etc) and data warehouse platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
Strong execution skills and have a problem-solving mindset.
