Position Title: Value & Access Partner
Division / Function: Value & Access
Manager (Position Title): Value, HEOR & Pricing Director
Location: Shanghai
Summary / Purpose of the position
Taking the key role of business partner for BU/TA. Responsible for generating and disseminating Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) evidence for target TA products. Define how the Value Proposition can best answer market access stakeholders’ priority interest and concern. Making access & pricing strategies /planning for products.
Main responsibilities / job expectations
Access Strategy and Business Partner
•Take MAP business partner role to assigned business unit(s) for bridging access and business needs.
•Develop lifecycle-based access strategy for each brand /TA, per business priorities and objectives.
•Mobilize and coordinate MAP internal sub-teams for rolling out/implementing access strategy in a timely and efficiently manner.
Value proposition
•Generate Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) evidence for inline and pipeline products to support assess strategic initiatives.
•Define how the Value Proposition can best answer their priority interest and concern, develop value pack and market access communication plan and create material pool including value story, speaker slides, leave behind, poster, key visual and video, etc. to meet MA team’s needs and deliver brand value proposition to key stakeholders.
•Provide value dossier training to internal staffs and establish value communication system to internal and external stakeholders.
Pricing Strategy
•Provide pricing analysis and scenarios based on deep understanding of business needs and industry insights.
•Validate Pricing with HEOR and related methods.
•Understand pricing structure and China innovative/mature brands pricing pathway and smoothly communicate with global team.
Stakeholder Communication
•Identify and proactively engage internal and external stakeholders.
•Enhance Ipsen reputation and image and demonstrate brand value proposition to external stakeholders.
•Develop HTA engagement plan and keep rapport with key stakeholders. Knowledge, abilities & experience
Education and Experience:
•Major in pharmaceutical or healthcare management, pharmaco-economic, medicine, or public health
•Bachelor’s degree or above
•>3 years related experience in HEOR, pricing, or market access In-house experience
•Good at written and spoken English
•Capabilities of leadership, cross functional communication and project management
