Promote and sell new product introduction projects for offshore material products, enhancing product competitiveness from a professional product perspective. Improve the order rate and transaction value of offshore material products, and collaborate with the sales team to boost order conversion and performance. Job Requirements Over 5 years of experience in material procurement within the offshore engineering industry, with a solid understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards. Excellent negotiation skills and supplier management capabilities, with the ability to effectively control costs and ensure quality. Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of handling complex supply chain issues. Proficiency in Excel and other commonly used data analysis tools
